Roger Durnford Building Services Ltd is a small, local, well established
building firm owned by Roger Durnford and has been continuously operating
since 1987. Over the years, we have undertaken a wide variety of work
from very simple projects, e.g. building boundary walls, to large and
complex extensions/alterations.
We are a small team, just two of us and only use a handful of specialist
sub-contractors when needed. Roger Durnford works on-site every day and
manages each project personally. This ensures a more personal and friendly service,
clients always know who they are dealing with.
Unlike many other building firms, we concentrate on one contract at a time,
only moving to a new job when a contract is completely finished and,
more importantly, Roger will always be on site to oversee all work being
carried out.
Coupled with this individual approach to each project, workmanship is of
the highest standard, which means we may not be the least expensive
contractor in the area. We only use quality materials and pay particular
attention to detail, e.g. when matching brickwork, we endeavour to ensure
the new blends in with the old. We take care and pride in our work
and always try to listen to and understand our client's needs.
We believe our customers are satisfied with the service we have provided,
so much so that many have asked us back to carry out further work,
either on the same property or on a new home. In addition, a large
proportion of our work has resulted from previous client's recommendations
and many of our customers are also happy to provide references, if needed.
We provide free estimates and always endeavour to be realistic and detail
all the costs involved in a contract from the outset.
